FUTURE LIGHT

FUTURE LIGHT

WHAT IS PROJECT FUTURE LIGHT?

Do you like working with your hands and aren’t afraid to get a little dirty?

Do you want to help provide children with improved learning environments so that they have a chance at a proper education?

Than Project Future Light is perfect for you!

Our most popular volunteer opportunity, Future Light brings together volunteers from around the world to help rebuild schools, orphanages, and community buildings that are in disrepair. These projects take place three times per year, and offer a wonderful opportunity to experience first-hand the positive impacts you are having on local communities.

Groups and families welcome!

EXAMPLE OF A VOLUNTEER WORK WEEK

Monday to Friday

During the week we will arrange activities for you. These will depend on the type of project you choose to do. For example, if you choose to help with community volunteering, these days may be spent painting classrooms or cleaning up around a village.

Friday (Night)

You will get chance to go out and explore the town, including heading to nightclubs for dancing and a few drinks to help refresh your minds!

Saturday (Morning)

On Saturdays mornings we will take you around to rural villages so you can learn and experience Tanzanian life outside of the large cities.

Saturday (Night)

Enjoy a fun night out as we check out some of the local hotspots for live music, dancing, and singing KARAOKE!

Sunday (Morning)

For those volunteers who would like to share mass, you will be welcomed according to your beliefs.

Sunday (Afternoon)

We will take you around to hotels in the areas where you live to cool off swimming pools and soak up some rays!

Sunday (Night)
